Will I have to buy the game once again, for what seems to be a DLC and some adjustments ? Also, will the new achievements have anything to do with speedrun ? I'd prefer not. Thanks in advance for clarifying.

Everything looked good when I first launched the game, including the menu and the initial intro, but when I met the antagonist, he showed up as basically a pair of glowing orbs. The rest of him was invisible. I thought maybe it was intentional at first, but at some point I swung around to the other side of him and it loaded what looked like a cardboard cutout (like a cheap theater prop) of him.
