I would love to see steam achievements for this game

Such a wasted opportunity. Even though these games are super-derivative and all but steal plot and characters from Castlevania in the most unveiled way possible, they still LOOK fun and interesting - until you read "Not a Metroidvania" on their first couple titles and then an almost-mocking "Still not a Metroidvania" as of this one. The boss that bounces back and forth on the screen cannot be hit if it starts floating from left to right at the top of the screen. Completely unkillable when that happens and you don't have an Axe.

I'm pondering it. lol How does saving / checkpoints work? About how long is the game? Thank you much.
