How to play with a friend in LAN server?

I created a LAN server. It works, I can play it. But, how my friend can join it and play with me?

But, another problem: I can't play in the server as an admin. I mean, I can get in to the server as an admin but not play. In the admin CP I tried to move my name to the "player admin" list, but it says that it "didn't found the steam account name" or something like that.
