Questviewer.exe runtime error.

Bought game gift today with hope, what it will work now. But, error apears again. I have redownload game and check game's cache, installed QuickTime player, but, nothing isn't helped me.

I am also getting this error, but only when I try to play a file across my network, if the file is stored locally it will play fine.

I verified the integrity of my game cache, and it needed to download 2 files. Verified again and it was all OK. Tried to play across the network, got the error. Verified game cache again, found issue and downloaded 2 files again. Rinse, repeat.
