some song cant be played when its from itunes

when i buy song from itunes i cant play them on audiosurf its says that i need to downlad a program or something but other song that i had before and install from my usbkey are working fine and the song isn too long 2 can people help meplease? thankyou

hi there

this is a relativly simple issue.

All tunes that are imported onto your PC by Itunes will be imported in the M4A format as defult. if you wish to play any M4A format tunes on audiosurf then you will require quick time on your computer. you can download this free from here:

http://www.apple.com/uk/quicktime/download/

as for your tunes that are on your Flash Pen they will probably be a suppported format if they work fine.

I had the same problem at first.I downloaded quicktime but it still wont work for my itunes music. any ideas on how to fix that?

by not work what do you mean?

do you mean that it refuses to load or do you mean that it will not show your music?

I got QuitckTime, but whenever I go to play my music in M4A format, it won't play at all, what do I need to do to fix this?

hmm that is unusual.

Usualy if you try and load an M4A format tune without quick time the game asks you for quick time. are you seeing some sort of message appear or is it being unresponsive?

333rich333: can i also ask if is it the latest version of quick time?

tribereaver:did you remember to restart your computer once you installed quick time?
