Sudden Cursor Issue

Not played in a while. On booting up today, I found that the moment I get past the first couple of 'OK' clicks it starts dragging my cursor offscreen, making the menu inaccessible.

I verified the cache, found an issue, and tried again; same issue. Deleted my files and reinstalled; same issue.

Anyone have a fix?
