Reconfig Controls Not Working

Using the External Control Config, I reassigned a few actions to my mouse. However, CAST SPELL will not let me reassign it to anything (mouse or keyboard). Everytime I change it and hit SAVE, it reverts back to the default (Left Alt).

Any Advice, as the Left Alt for Csting Spells isnt as good as Mouse 4...
