so anytime i start running prprlive, it immediately shuts down. anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

I installed PrPrLive a while ago and it was working completely fine until the latest update. Although my webcam is listed as an option for tracking, it doesn't actually turn on the webcam for some reason. At first I thought it was an issue with device permissions or even an issue with the hardware itself, but PrPrLive is given full permission to use it and there's nothing wrong with the hardware.
