Buffed Seeper, Neighbor Collector and rotators.
Added new tiles Left Rotator and Tireboost Heater.
Added new element called "heat" which can be gained through the new tile Tireboost Heater. Heat basically scales your tireboost, but is expended each turn based on how much tireboost was active and yellow.
Added sandbox mode to singleplayer.
Fixed bug where small percentages rounded to closest whole number.
Fixed Dilator.

How does the Neighbor Tunnel work?

I really love this game, but how the hell does the neighbor tunnel work. No offense but the way the tooltips are written is wild, for most of the extra tiles its fine, but I am a little stumped on the Neighbor Tunnel. I have a few theories how it works, but I tried all of these in conjunction with a Neighbor collector, still couldn't figure it out.
