In the room you start out in in the game, every note I inspect says the exact same thing. There are three different items I can inspect, and they all have the same text that starts with "... has gone missing". Is this game glitched? I can't seem to open the door and inspecting the three identical notes and rotating them does absolutely nothing....

.. endless maze with no indications on where to go.... Dont want to waste several hours running around in a maze where hope and luck is the only way to solve it... if that is even possible, had to quit

As soon as I enter the mansion two enemies are waiting for me and immediately attack and kill me. When I select continue the game infinitely loads but never starts. I watched some walkthroughs and they didn't have this spawncamp issue. What's going on?
