Every time I try to open the game since getting it, the game either fails to even open and just pops the widow for a sec and disappears or does that with some error message other times. I have tried to look into it and tried a few things to see about a fix but nothing is working and I do not know who or what to reach out to....

I already got all of the others achievements. The last was Pacifist. The only one remaining is "The red Thread" that require the others, but it does not recognize that I already have them. What should I do?

I bought this game just before Xmas, and it would not start. I had far more important things to do than troubleshoot a game, so I left it. I have now spent many hours trying to get the game to launch and the EA app just crashes and nothing happens. EA support is useless, and Steam won't refund me. I regard that to be theft. Not good customer service is it!...
