ONLY thing that fixes BULLY Frame Lag <HERE>

After working on this problem for days, after trying different "uncap" patches to unlock the framerate (Which work some, but break key parts of the game), from turning off the Steam Voerlay, etc. I have spent 20+ hours trying all things and the ONLY thing that works is:

Turn OFF ALL SHADOWS in the game settings.

That sucks I know, but even if you have 12 Gigs of RAM, a NVIDIA 680 videocard and a i7 Intel the game will lag with shadows turned on.
If you have gotten very far into the game and have a save of the "basement" mission, this is the perfect place to test it because that area was almost unplayable due to the extreme lag.

Now, if someone can fix the shadows in Bully, then the rest of the game seems to be fixed.
Yes the shadows look good, but honestly, they aren't that huge of a loss compared to the awful frame lag people are getting.

I was facing the god awful lag myself.. patched to v1200, still nothing. Turning off the shadows did the job!
