The game can't run on Windows 7 Premium, which I'm assuming you have

Nope, but to be honest I haven't tried since as busy with work :P

First time running it on Windows 8, it crashed when trying to change the resolution. Then I went back, did it again and it worked fine. Maybe you just need to insist a bit.

If you keep having problems with it, try finding the exe file and setting it in compatibility mode. Since it's an older game, maybe Windows Vista or Windows XP SP3 would make it run better.

I'm getting the same issue, and unlike in the couple of other threads about the crash on hitting Start, changing bully.exe to XP compatability mode doesn't help. Maybe it's something to do with drivers.

Didn't have any problems with running it on Seven either. Crashing doesn't have anything to do with the OS, I think.
