Unavailable in my country

I cannot buy the game in Russia, it's unavailable for my country. But I want it. What is the reason that this game doesn't sold in Russia?

Я купил её пару дней назад, будучи в России, я просто прогуглил: "Manhunt Steam" и перешел по одной из первых ссылок, ссылка сразу сунула игру в корзину, вот собственно и все :P

I bought it a couple days ago, being in Russia, I just used google search for "Manhunt Steam", one of the first links got the game in my cart, that's pretty much it :P

Ololo, that link looks like gift!) That's why it's not forbidden. Probably, it'll work in other countries with their language in link) But, tsst, Rskmndzr must never know 'bout that)
