Problem need help.

I have tried varifying and reinstalling
I have played this game in the past on steam and every thing was fine and so today I wanted to play a new game everything is fine up to where i start the first mission and than at the part where the drive by thing happens and the car explodes....it crashes even if i skip all the cut scenes. Any idea's???
