The game wouldn't actually start at all until I deleted my old save folder in My Documents. I get the feeling that as this doesn't effect everyone, that maybe it's got something to do with previously having the retail version installed, possibly also that it wasn't activated. I uninstalled my retail version and restarted Windows. This is obviously a game breaker, if there's no solution then refund is the only option I can see. It's not possible to play without being able to look where you're going.

Ummmmmmm that is good brand of mice and a good gaming computer i think it is a driver in-game installtion issue so do what i told nero and it should work if not tell me and i will see what i can do!
I have the same problem Don't mind it, It won't effect your gameplay!
You first have to downgrade gta sa To ver.1.0 (Steams Version is 3.0) then install samp by locating the san andreas folder as a directery for the installtoin by looking at what i told nero (execept the testapp.exe step) and it should work
