Cutscene audio not in sync

Hi everyone, so everytime I play GTA SA the audio is perfectly fine. Except for when I go into a cutscene, thats where everything gets messed up and the audio is about 2 to 3 seconds off each time. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
