26 fps limit

so does anyone play with the fps limiter on? I'm trying to decide if I should just tolerate it or turn it off. Any advice?

Turn it off, your PC should limit SA to 60 at most, if thats what your monitor refresh rate is. :)

Sorry for bumping a slightly old thread but you can grabbing Silent Patch from the below link will turn the 25fps cap with the frame limiter on to 30:
