The setting is absolutely beautiful, like go to the beach, you will be astonished, even though the graphics are outdated. Not to mention, it just looks more colorful than San Andreas.

Ultimately, I never found very many differences between the gameplay and game mechanics between VC and SA.
80s vs 90s
Besides, the PC port of Vice City is probably the best PC port Rockstar has done.
Not a fan of how flat the terrain mostly is compared to the other games, but it's still an environment worth traversing.
