Game crashing loop.
GTA: VC, GTA III, and GTA: SA are crashing as soon as I launch them, but they go into a "Preparing to launch" loop. It'll show the message, my profile icon will go green, then blue and the message pops up again, "preparing to launch". I was playing VC yesterday with no problems. Strangly enough, Max Payne 2 is doing the same problem too.

Alright, so I went to play GMod and it crashed, told me that my SteamID could not be found, so I restarted my laptop and once it reset, I started up Max Payne 2 and it worked so, try just restarting the whole system. See if that works.
