GTA3 and Vice City both not starting
I've had problems with both games. SA, GTA4 and ELC all work fine, but with the other two I just get a black screen and nothing happens. Only when I press ESC does it exit and tell me that the game is not responding. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try deleting gta3.set file. If your game is modded try removing the mods as well.
