Hi! I tried to enter the 3d login software through steam account but it keeps loading with any results, so I signed up in another way and the software keeps loading without let me enter it. I dunno what to do because I tried both method to signed up and it keeps loading in loop. My connection is good and my computer is new....

Vup initially worked for the first 40 hours, but then it wouldn't let me in anymore and I was in endless loading screen. I've tried verify files, re-download the app, change region... Please help

When trying to use the app to start tracking my face using the VFace, the screen is Green and it doesnt recognize my face, is there a limit of android devices that can be used to facetrack??

Hey guys, just hoping someone can help me out with this as I havent used VUP for a couple of months and I'm not sure if something changed? Whenever I use my model now, all motions (blinking, mouth tracking) are low frame rate and they weren't before. Does anyone know a fix for this? None of my peripherals have changed so I don't think it's a hardware issure, but not sure what the issue could be... Thanks in advance!...
