Serial size mismatch...it appears like the game dont recognize the serial number,and that makes the game to dont run...

Maybe an issue related to the map TulaOutskirt.

Can you try to delete the map and then launch file verification to make Steam download it again?

(or install a version downloaded from redorchestra.pl)
