Proof if needed that RO2 was developed with casuals in mind. Anyway Steam doesn't give refunds. Considering how new you are, you probably bought it for a couple of euros...

I have had this for a while now. Thought I would finally give it a try since RO2 doesnt really run very well on my laptop. Seems fun. Controls feel a little convoluted but I think thats just part of what they were trying to do. Realizm and what not.
