How do you get the game to play using English language? When I bought the game I saw nothing stating that English was not supported.

I was with a happiness rate of 12 or 13 and a city level of 26 or 27, and build a Kursal (first building that create happiness), but building it suddenly make the happiness rate to -8, consequence of the city level suddenly turning to 48 (no event, at least visible, had cause that). The next turn, obviously, saw angry and violent citizens pop and attack. The strange thing is that i had time to build another Kursal, and the city level (and the happiness rate) went up to about their former level -...
