Help it won't work! :(
I just downloaded stacking on my sony vaio laptop (vista), and it starts up fine, however, once it reaches the loading screen after you enter your name for a new game, it closes out and it says that something has caused it to stop working. As far as I can tell all of my computer specs are adequate. Thanks for the help!

So I went on the Double Fine support page for "Stacking" and it had a list of things to try incase the game doesn't work.

Here is the link: http://www.doublefine.com/forums/viewthread/7424/

I completed all of the suggested things to do, and it still doesn't work for me. :( Hopefully it will work for one of you.

In the mean time, I'm going to continue to try to fix this issue so I can finally play the game....
I'm also having crashing problems although the screen telling about the error goes too fast to read it but it is a blue screen. I was looking forward to playing even though my currant computer doesn't have a really good video card but it looked like it was going to work. I dont' know what teh problem is....

Make sure all your graphics card drivers are up to date as well, and try running the game as administrator.

kittysoftpaws: Blue screen normally means that it's a system error instead of a software, so I'm sorry but it seems likely your graphics card is below spec =/

I'm having a similar problem except it won't open. It marks me as having played it but all I've seen is a black screen. Anyone else have this problem?
