Cain's Eye glitching

When I beat the chest for the first time, as Cain, I had all spirit hearts. For some reason, this made steam give me the ???'s Soul acheivement instead of Cain's Eye. I actually unlocked the Eye in game though, not the soul. I already beat the chest as Cain again, and I didn't get the Cain's eye acheivement. Any solutions?

Ok, beat chest as Blue Baby, and I have no clue what just happened with the game. Instead of giving me the Soul in-game, it gave me Eve's Bird Foot.
????
And Steam gave me no acheivements, Eye or Foot. This just confuses things further...

It's a known issue that achievements and rewards for beating the chest are messed up. They are all there, but assigned to the wrong characters. In other words, if you beat the chest with all the characters, you will have unlocked all the character-specific trinkets and all the achievements.

All right, thanks.
But doesn't that mean I should've gotten the bird foot acheivement? I beat the chest with 3 characters, but I only have 2 chest-related acheivements.

If I recall correctly, the Steam Achievements are mostly correct, while the in-game secrets are mostly messed up. I think I unlocked the Bird Foot secret by beating the chest with Judas, but since I haven't beaten it with Eve I haven't gotten the achievement yet. Also note that you sometimes have to close and re-open the game for it to recognize achievements, though it doesn't seem like this happens all the time.

I beat it as Eve, and got the Soul in-game and the Samson and Judas achievements.
The steam achievements aren't correct, sorry. BUT, I beat it as Eve, so pesonal achievement get!
