Why am i doing so good?

I bought TBoI with WoTL and i have 140 deaths, 8 mom kills (2 satan kills, woho!) and 160 items found, and i only have 59 hours?

edit: I now have 220 deaths, 19 mom kills, 173 items and 58 secrets

I have 68 hours and I've beaten every area (Sheol, Cathedral, and Chest) with every character. I basically only need to unlock the bandage, find a few other items, and get the no damage achievements for the depths and the womb and I'll be done.

I have 56 hours,I finished the Cathedral 3 times(3 to go for the Polaroid!),24 mom kills and something like 125 death(because of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ EVE,I didn't killed mom's heart with her not even once)

given the amount of deaths you have I would say thats preety average for a first playthrough without deleting your savefile.
I was something like that myself. after reseting im now at 47 mom kills to 45 deaths.
There is a twitch streamer who is almost 500 kills to 0 deaths.
