Finally beat this game!

Took 11 hours but I finally did it. I must admit I had the yumyum heart and the item martyr which is basically god mode but damnit that was satisfying. Best $2.23 I ever spent.

Once you beat the final boss, you CAN face the final final boss.
Then once you beat 10 that, you face the final final final boss. Then, after beating him with all characters, you face the final final final final boss. GL :')

Yeah, beat Mom, you unlock Mom's Heart. Beat Mom's heart 8-9 times and you unlock It Lives. Beat It Lives and you unlock ♥♥♥♥♥/Isaac. Beat ♥♥♥♥♥. Beat Isaac 5 times and then beat ???.

I was not interested in this game because seemed ugly and boring. But seeing all this comments and that have multiple ending, seemed rich and challenger. I bought it.

First Final Boss is mom, then after killing her you can get to mom's heart. Then after killing mom's heart 9 times, you can kill ♥♥♥♥♥, then after killing ♥♥♥♥♥, you can kill Isaac, then after killing Isaac, you can kill Blue Baby (???). He is the true end of the game. :P

all of you are partly wrong, you say you have to defeat moms heart 9 times just to vs ♥♥♥♥♥, you don't I found a cathedral room on the womb 2 and it had a trap door and it took my to sheol.
