Glitched achievements?

[Rice Field]

I have finished some challenges, unlocking some other things along with it such as Mom's knife, but it seems to not show up on my profile. Usually, the achievements get updated when I start up the game, popping up on the bottom right corner, but now it doesn't. Any way to fix this?
