What items are underrated in your opinion?

Title says it all.
Some of mine:

• Rage greatly increases damage output
  
• One room charge items like the Bean and Tammy's Head are super useful
  
• Chocolate milk lets you increase fire rate past maximum.
  
• IPECAC melts bosses and gives you infinite bombs, and hitting yourself is the player's fault.
  
• Abel almost always does a lot more work than people give the little guy credit for.
  
• Bob's Rotten Head's poison damage can melt bosses all by itself up to the Depths and Womb.

Chocolate milk is the only item that I wont pick up, but yeah I like bean and tammy's head

The Virus, especially if you're playing as ??? / rolling on soul hearts and have the Polaroid or Book of Shadows.

Even without it I find the item incredibly useful, a lot of the time you can get trapped in a corner, getting hit over and over. The virus greatly limits/prevents that.

Speed ups
Any run where you get three or more speed downs will leave you praying for speed ups

Xray Vision. Saves bombs and always leads to money for shop/arcade/slots or items.

That is one of the best items, not underrated at all :)

Bad trip pill
It turns into a full health pill if your health is 1 heart or less. Pretty useful when you're really desperate

Guppys head, while most people say it is op, i find it's op becuase you can have just an army of flys sometimes. I also love the bum friend, as it means i can get items just by leting him be a portible judgement.
