Please help me

Before I got THe Binding of Isaac legit, I pirated it (Yes, condemn me) and I unlocked all endings and got Golden God. However, when I got this, I erased my save in attempts to try and get achievements. Even after deleting local content then redownloading Isaac, I still don't get any achievements or get to access the Steam Community ingame! Any help?

The achievements are broken, look on the wiki for a fix :)

well what i have to do to get achievements is to exit then game then go back in and look at my secrets for the achievements to pop. yours might be doing teh same thing as mine. Just give it a a little bit to see that you got them.
