Make a full Meat Boy by obtaining 4 Cube of Meat from most of the Horsemen and the Harbringers.

Seems like you just have to wait for 4 cubes of meat to make a meat boy... just a waiting game

If you find it, Book of Revelation is useful to get this achievement.

the "easy" way is to play as isaac and restart basement 1 until you get the book of rev in your item room. The d6 helps a bunch. Afer that, its just getting to womb 1
