I have played the game for 207 hours and have beaten the game many times andI have still not found didley squat.

that item is stupidly rare,i seriously went a year or so and never got it. i believe i've only gotten it maybe 3 or 4 times out of the 446 hours i currently have in the game

I have like, 100 hours gameplay and still never got IPECAC. I'm sure I'm not missing much from what I've heard...

Yea, you're not missing anything. It's a good item, but its so hard to use and it makes killing fast enemies that run towards you almost impossible to kill without damaging yourself in the process.I havent seen that item in a long time,and hope it stays that way lol

You know that you can spawn items on swapping rooms with cheat engine. And you can even specify what item you get. Seriously if it doesn't spawn in 200+ hours force it.

I know this post is 5 years old, but all you have to do is finding the secret room in Basement 1 and if the item isnt there, die and repeat it
