Depths without damage

Hey guys, I guess I have not taken any damage in depths, but I did not get this achievement.. :(

Why is that?

Did you happen to use We Need To Go Deeper or teleported into I am error rooms?

sometimes the achivements do not unlock as they should. I had this problem too. If you go to: The binding of isaac, right click and choose properties / then go to Local files tab, click on Browse Local files / In the folder that opens, delete FlashAchivements .exe file and close the folder / Now go back to the Local files tab and click on Verify the integrity of game cache / Then start the game and the achivement should unlock. :) . it worked for me. I have had to do this several times, go figure??
