I have no idea how to contact Andy directly, the developer of Monaco, so I'll do it this way. I have not been able to play your game online with my friends since purchasing it on release date. I waited for a patch, I tried your beta patch and I am still getting disconnects. It is not my internet connection, I play Starcraft online everyday with no issues. So since I can not play your game at all, I am demanding a refund for purchasing an unplayable game. I gave you 15 dollars and feel I have got nothing in return

Hi Flllyi! I'm sorry about the problem and I understand your frustration. Let me break things down for you:

Since Steam accepted the payment, unfortunately I can't directly offer you a refund. You can submit a refund request to steam here:

As for the issue, I know support resolutions have been slow over the past couple of weeks. I'm trying to pick the pace back up now that the Xbox version of the game is out the door. I'm definitely aware that some people appear to be getting an inordinate number of disconnects and weirdly laggy or low fps play when playing online. This will be high on my priority list after I fix the error that some people are getting that stop them from starting the game at all (CreateDevice error).

If you do get a refund, I hope you buy the game again once the issue is fixed!

some time's a new game get's bug's cus it's new but soon they fix it they fix bug's firest cus that is the first thing they do then they add stuff and fix some more bug's like must game's wen you update a game a new bug com's and they fix and fix and fix some more I just hope they fix it soon.

He's "whining" over $15 for a game that doesn't do as advertised. For some people, 15 can be a fairly large amount of a person's gaming budget.

I do hope he decides to keep the game and enjoys it once it works (for what it matters, I have no problems, so know it's not a complete waste of money, just odd circumstances). This is one of my favorite games ever, now, and I can't wait for user-made maps.

Warlord is totally right. For a lot of people, being under/unemployed and a gamer is hard on their hobby, especially if they're also a student. My weekly personal entertainment budget that includes gaming, going out to eat, and buying non-essentials hovers around $25-50 a week. $15 can be a HUGE deal sometimes.

i hope you can get play with your friends than refund it. it really great game, i have a blast with my friends, every night we play at leat 1-2 mission, and that lots of fun.

Just because someone can't press 'P' or look at controls doesn't mean they're entitled to a refund on a perfectly WORKING product.

How was his problem related at all to the control system ? Did you even read his post? Just because you have had no problems it doesn't mean he hasn't.
15 quid can be a lot of money to some peoples gaming budget , he is entitled to ask for a refund without being called a whiner.
