Problem loading maps after latest update

After the latest update (I got a level editor button appear in-game), I can't play Monaco any more! Game loads up fine, but when I try to start a mission (offline or online) I get an error message pop up behind the game window saying: "Assertion Failed. Maps have not been loaded. File [...]\Session.cpp, line 2770".

In case it's relevant, I was in the beta pre-launch but have not uninstalled it due to the lack of separation between beta and full game files.

Update: backed up game files, uninstalled beta, verified game cache (1186 files re-downloaded), jumped in game, and everything appears to work again :-)

Latest update? Level editor button? When did all this happen?

I think an update was pushed to the beta channel, perhaps? The level editor button has been available in beta for a while, but I haven't played beta since the release version came out. I'm guessing my mixed-up beta/release files got confused, somehow.
