No third-party gamepad support

Currently the game only recognizes a 360 gamepad, nothing else. This is probably a holdover from using Microsoft's tools, but it's a bummer that I have to use Joy2Key to get my gamepad to work even though it has identical controls to a 360 controller.

X360ce does the trick! Just stick the files into the root directory and voila!
