1001 spikes or Monaco?
Which one should I get? I have exactly enough money to get both, but I wanna save. 1001 spikes has no online multiplayer, but it looks like it has some customization and it was made by nicalis. I love nicalis and the genre. But, Monaco, on the other hand, has online multiplayer and I've always wanted to play a heist game. The genre sounds interesting. So, what do you think? Which one would be better? Thanks!

I love both. Monaco is great and I've spend dozens of hours on it. 1001 spikes is just ridiculously hard, which is something you have to like, but Monaco gets hard as well at the end. Personally I'd definitely go with Monaco, especially if you wanna save money I would want replayability, which is what you get with Monaco.

I have 1001 spikes on the WII U, and honestly?

I'd pick Monaco. I've put hundreds of hours in monaco, and about 20-40 (screw the exact number) hours into 1001 spikes.

Ya. I bought monaco already. Watched a review for spikes and didn't look as good as the trailer.

Monaco is probably the only other heist game out there besides Payday (and that comes with a ton of paid DLC.) It's pretty unique in that sense, so you might want to get it just for that. (in my experience, people really liked it or thought it was okay)
Monaco's single-player is also pretty fun in addition to it's multiplayer as well. And the game's been out for a while, so they released 2 free level packs. The online multiplayer is really good as well; it's hilarious having 4 people running around massively screwing up yet still accomplishing.
Also, Monaco has a nice difficulty curve, so the levels are varied.

Edit: Also, if 1001 spikes interests you, you should look into Bloody Trapland - it's $5 cheaper but kind of similar (punishing 4-player platforming) http://store.steampowered.com/app/257750/
