Hi all i;m have buy this game and dont have money why???

You acquire in-game currency by playing matches. Play some! Can be either the 'vs bots' or the general search (which usually finds bots but contributes to achievements, so go with that option). I don't think private matches net you currency though.

Other my colleagues had to start over 20k.

The Humble Bundle came with the Smaug's Treasure DLC pack which granted them 20k. The other DLC packs give 10k each.

and i;m have the game for The Humble Bundle, the Smaug's Treasure DLC give 80k not 20k

I must have heard the wrong number then. Another problem with the bundle is the order they put the redeem codes in. If you clicked them in order (top to bottom) Smaug's treasure would fail since you hadn't redeemed the code for the actual game yet. Check your link from Humble Bundle and make sure you were able to redeem Smaug's.
