Other players?!

Heyho LOTR fans!

I just bought this game and yeah I really like it :D But unfortunatelly if I want to play against other players (random people) it always says its searching and I am waiting, and waiting, and waiting but nothing happens. Is that normal that you have to wait for ages and nobody seems to be there to play with you?!^^ Or am I to low with my level 4 profile to play against random human players? :D
