An Unusual Crash

I recently purchased BTM, but when I open it (on my Windows 7 pc) the screen flashes black and then my desktop again and again. It says I need to check OpenGL, but I don't have OpenGL, where do I get it? Also, this computer can't run minecraft as a sidenote.
