Problem: Movin from room to room failed

Hi folks,

i started this game the first time today. i have W7 and a PC that takes PlanetSide2 (maximum) without problems. So PC shouldn't be the problem.

i have the problem that i cant go through doors in the game. at the moment im in the first level, in a bar room or something. theres a globe and cigarres on the table. when i go to this room i cant leave it anymore. the botton by the door is missing.
If i go to the bathroom in this room, the botton for the leaving room (gloved hand) is there but it doesn't do anything when im clickin it.

anyone have have to same problem (and a solution?
