Does the Steam version have asyncronous play?
I've been having trouble finding an answer to this question. If anyone could let me know if this version has asyncronous online modes, it would be most helpful.

Each player, computer or human, takes their turn in order. The game notifies you when it is your turn and waits until you complete your turn.

Thank you for the response, but I'm curious more about online modes akin to 'play-by-mail,' where players take their turns at their earliest convenience without leaving the game running.

Sadly, no it does not, and based on the reply received from Days of Wonder when I inquired about this some time ago, it is more than likely not going to be implemented into the steam game.

Only TtR Pocket (iPhone) offers this feature, however it is not playable with the iPad/Steam versions of the game.
