3. More or less. To start a game, you click 'play', then the number of players, then play. The game itself is laid out very nicely/cleanly/as you'd expect it to be on a table.
What you would need to do initially is spend some time with him to familiarise him with the game, but ultimately, it's not that hard to grasp, and it's laid out pretty easily.
