Games played counter?

I have been playing this game online for quite a few nights now. The game counter seems stuck. It says I've only played 18 games, when it's way more than that. It's been on 18 for at least 2 nites now. Does anybody have a clue what's going on? I've also started the online session about everyway you can. So the way I'm going in doesn't seem to be the problem. Thanks for any help!

I think only ranked games counts in the game counter.
