Demo runs awesome, full game not?

The demo was super smooth 60 fps. Now that I have the full game I experience some kind of lag? Fraps shows 60 fps but that's about it. It's 60 fps but I see everything choppy. Why is this? I even lowered the settings and same story. Now I can't download the demo anymore to compare.
Hope devs can post a fix or patch for this, because when it chops like that the whole game and character movement goes kinda slow motion.

GTX 770, plays fine on full settings.

Something else must be wrong.

Do you use any overclocking utils?

What processors are you guys using?

I'm using Intel i5-4690K 3.5GHZ

Never tried the demo, but finally managed to get this thing working with my Xbox one controller. It renders quite choppy for some reason, yet the steam over FPS counter is reporting a solid 60 fps. What is wrong - anyone else getting this?
