Your silk points the way - to the spectra - how?

I am watching what happens when I activate the silk but still not sure what I am supposed to see that will tell me what direction the closest spectra is. Is it when the circle pulses around your?

And while I am here - spectra refill your time - I don't get this one either. Getting the spectra ends the level. How does it fill the time?

The silk itself also pulses and leaves some kind of shadow in the direction of the closent spectra. A bit hard to see in the beginning..

It's hard to see in some gardens, but you also can hear this pulsation. And bar refilling occurs when you gather the last spectra in the garden. But i still can't realize what it for.

I guess that spectra refill your time when you pick them on second (or more) visit of a garden, since you need to collect all 5 in one go to finish.

Maybe. They definitely don't fill it on the first time. I noticed if I go back into the garden I start with whatever I ended with. Thanks.

Hello, dont know if you still need help with this, but will leave it here for others to see. When yu spin a faint and half visible line is left going in the direction of the nearest spectra.
When you get spectra it doesnt end, but is set on a kind of pause, notice how the seeds you opened are still open? also the small seeds in the bottom left corner is a time limit. Gradually they will dissapear.
So in short they are both your health and time limit. Also when you finish a garden you can go back for freeroaming. In this case the garden isnt set on a pause and when you get a spectra your time is filled up again.
