How many blocks do I need for a Jungle biome?

Trying to build a Jungle biome house for my witch doctor, I'll be using mud blocks with jungle grass seeds to recreate the biome. How many do I need to put down before it becomes a Jungle? Thanks, any help is appreciated.

Most of them generate with around 50 blocks. Get 50 mud blocks, plant some jungle grass, let it grow out. More to make sure, but I'm pretty sure 50 is the bare minimum.

essentially around 50 should do it but they only count once jungle grass has grown on it.
