Lets start a new server from start to finish

i wanna have a server to play on with 4-8 people on it from the start of the game to the finish of the game. so someone create a fresh server, and let me join. (also have others join.) if you wondered why im not creating one, well i did but its to laggy (cause i have a laptop) so lets create a group of 4-8 people and then start a server. ok?

You end up with 20 replies of "Can I join?" and nobody is actually going to host, because everybody assumes you're hosting, because nobody ever reads the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ description, and we end up with a thread identical to 15 of the last 20.

McWeazel makes a good point. If you're making a thread saying you want to play with people, they (often incorrectly) assume you have a server.

If you don't have a server, I'd go look at another thread where people have a server (dedicated or otherwise) and post there.

You make a post with somewhat ambiguous meaning (e.g. "Let's start a server", "Looking for other players", "Looking for friends to play with", etc.), and then 40 guys reply "Can I join?" and perhaps some reason why he or she should be chosen to join instead of the other 39 or so.

It really has gotten tiresome, and I've only been posting on this forum since early July.

Can't imagine how the people who've been posting for a year or more must feel.

At the time you posted that, you were quoting a post that was already 3 hours old, and neither Jake nor myself had said anything in the intervening time.
